According to Sayou market research and above flow chart, we found following difference between good quality and  bad quality:

A.  Painting and Packing process are different:

Good quality: factory use one complete set of advanced assemble line equipment to make painting, drying, and packaging. Factory use water based lacquer to make painting, which is harmless to human body and no pollution to the environment.The whole process is no dust, no collision, and the workers can load the fittings into pallet directly, which can save more time for factory and surface condition is very good

Bad quality: Factory use old method to make painting and packaging. The surface treatment is not good. The delivery is with long time. Factory faces risk of environment limit by our government.

B.  Hot forming for TEE is different

Bad quality: from 8” to above, factory make outlet welded by a small pipe
